How do you apply GC MI Paste?

  1. Brush first with a regular toothpaste.
  2. Use a clean finger or a cotton swab to apply a pea-sized amount over the teeth.
  3. Leave the crème undisturbed for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Spread the remainder with your tongue for 1 to 2 minutes, then spit. Do not rinse.
  5. Avoid food and drink for 30 minutes afterwards.
