How to Use (Simple 3-Step Process)

2. Apply: Use a clean finger or cotton swab to apply a pea-sized amount of MI Paste over your teeth.

3. Wait & Spit: Leave the paste undisturbed for at least 3 minutes. Then, use your tongue to spread any remaining crème throughout your mouth. Hold for an additional 1-2 minutes, then spit. Do not rinse.

Note: For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after application.
