The 3M Aura 1870+ is a three-panel flat-fold N95 particulate respirator and surgical mask, sealed in an individual sleeve. 3M lists the Aura 1870+ as NIOSH approved under TC-84A-5726, filtering at least 95% of non-oil-based particles, and cleared by the US FDA for use as a surgical mask.
